- Ensure the area for application is properly cleansed and free of body
hair for the best results. - Cut out your tattoo of choice and peel of the clear plastic sheet.
- Apply the tattoo face down on the area of application.
- Wet the back of the tattoo sheet with a sponge or a cloth.
- After 20-30 seconds, remove the tattoo sheet SLOWLY. The tattoo will appear translucent at first.
- For the first 3 hours after applications, do not scrub it, avoid excerise and sweating. The tattoo will develop to its final colour 24-48 hours after application.
- Make sure for the first 3-6 hours after application that you do not let the translucent tattoo touch any other area of your body as the ink can be transferred and then you may end up with a 'smudgey' tattoo or imprints of the tattoo somewhere you didn't want it to be. (ie; don't put them on your hands and then lean your hand against your face unless you want some sweet face tats as well!)
- Avoid applying these right before bed as the ink can transfer onto fabric as well. You may also want to consider this before applying it while wearing your favourite clothes!
- As mentioned above these tattoos take time to develop so plan ahead if you want to wear them for a special event! Don't just pop one on a couple of hours before you go out!
- If you want to remove the tattoo faster than normal, we advise using an alcohol wipe, exfoliating the skin in a hot shower will also help this process.
