GDY’s semi-permanent formula combines a high-quality cream base hair mask with essential oils. The colour is deposited on top of the hair shaft and acts like a stain that will fade each time you wash your hair. Colour can last anywhere from 4-6 weeks.
Water, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol, Peg 40 Castor Oil, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, Octyldodecanol, Proplyene Glycol, Glycerin, Laureth 4, Laureth 23, Polyquaternium 6, Citris Bergamina (Bergamot Oil), Methlchlorisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Extract, Extrait D’heliantus Annuus (Tournesol), Colour.
  1. To create the best canvas for your colour, we recommend lightening your hair using GDY's Lightening Kit.
  2. Mix colour in a mixing bowl and use gloves to prevent staining hands.
  3. Ensure you strand test first before applying colour all over.
  4. Section and apply directly onto dry hair. Make sure colour is fully saturated at every step by combing product through each section.
  5. Let the colour sit for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Rinse with cold water and style as desired.
  • While colour is processing, use a cap to keep the colour from drying out.
  • Product will stain, so protect hands, all surfaces and clothing.
  • Apply shea butter, coconut oil or thick conditioner to the hairline to prevent staining.
  • Allow at least 24 hours before your first shampoo.
  • Rinse hair with cool water each time you wash to minimise fading process.
  • Reduce hair washing days to extend colour.
  • Fragranced with Bergamot essential oil, GDY semi-permanent dye has a light citrus scent that is mood lifting.
  • GDY semi-permanent dyes will show the truest color on pre-lightened hair, levels 8-10. We recommend using GDY's Lightening Kit to get the perfect base shade for your color.
  • Healthy hair focused, no PPDs, Ammonia, Sulfates, Parabens or other harsh for hair chemicals or additives.
  • Sunflower Extract adds extra UV protection from the sun and hot tools that fade hair.
  • 5 Oz tube should cover shoulder length hair, we always recommend getting 2 tubes just in case you need a little extra.
